Trumpet & Organ Recital

RecitalKyle & Melissa will be presenting a recital featuring works for trumpet and organ. Carolyn Mason will be joining the duo on organ. The recital will feature the world premiere of
Shalom, Salaam, Peace... for two trumpets and organ, and
Scatter the Darkness for solo trumpet and organ. Both works are by Stanley Friedman.
Other works on the recital will include Copland’s
Quiet City, the
Concerto for Two Trumpets by Manfredini, and
Psalm 42 by Emma Lou Diemer.
